Foundations of Studio and Design was meant to build our understanding of design. The focus was around developing creative solutions to a vast array of problems. Projects were always open ended, allowing us to learn idea expression through color, form, and space. In this class, we learned to delve deeper than the surface level of concepts and ideas.

Our final project of this unit transitioned into us creating a moving sculpture, both visually and physically. I chose to model a neural network, as well as relate its corresponding elements to the different regions of the brain.
